How will my order be shipped and can I return it?

We offer free express shipping on all orders. Every parcel gets shipped safely through DHL Nederland.

If you're not satisfied with a product, please contact our customer service to request a return. You have 14 days from the date of your order to do so.

Returns are free of charge, unless the product is damaged or altered (e.g. tags removed or signs of wear).

It takes up to two business days for us to process your order, shipping can take up to twelve business days depending on how busy our fulfillment partner is.
